We liked staying 2 nights here. What an amicable and hospitable staff, they gave us a cosy room with several beds, the garden, for instance. The rate was gbp 27. This hotel was set in a remote area near to the National Parks of Volcan Tenerio and Volcan Rincon, nature and wildlife, and Rio Celeste.

Rooms are cosy and great with several beds, the garden, as example, food is well presented. It has marvellous location next door to Priory Ruins. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet!

We enjoyed our stay at this place, which had a room with a bath, and it was conveniently located near the rainforest, a stunning blue river, and the beautiful waterfall.

We had an amazing time at La Posada! The staff, who are part of a lovely family, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and meet our every need. The rates were fair, the proximity to the beautiful Rio Celeste was perfect, and the food at the onsite restaurant was delicious. The spacious cabins provided a cozy and comfortable stay, with screens on the windows to keep out mosquitoes. The private trail to swim in the river, the helpful signage, and the friendly parrot "Francis" were all added bonuses. We highly recommend this simple, affordable, and friendly hotel.

    We recommend this hotel.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was cozy and comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to hiking trails and the river. The staff treated me like family and made my stay unforgettable.

Breakfast delights, but could be more budget-friendly.

We felt like family at La Posada. the family-run business went above and beyond to meet our every need. Rates are fair, proximity to Rio Celeste is great, and the food is tasty. the onsite restaurant is the best option for meals. They offer fun activities like private trail hikes, frog spotting, and horseback riding.

    Felt safe, no complaints.

Best vegetarian food ever! the meals at the hotel were absolutely delicious, especially the vegetarian options. the breakfast included in the stay was amazing. Convenient location near Tenerio Park. the hotel was very close to Tenerio Park, making it easy to visit and explore the park. It was even possible to walk to the park from the hotel. - Friendly and helpful staff. the staff members were welcoming and friendly, and they were always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Some of them spoke English well, which was helpful for communication.

Room cleanliness needs improvement. the room we stayed in was a bit disappointing as it wasn't very clean.

I had such a wonderful stay at this charming Posada in the country. The rustic cabins and beautiful flower gardens created a delightful ambiance. One of my favorite moments was relaxing in the hammocks in the garden, surrounded by nature. The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. The open-air dining room served delicious home-cooked Costa Rican food, and the traditional breakfast was available even though we had to leave early. The location was perfect, allowing us to walk to the nearby National Park and even catch a glimpse of Lake Nicaragua. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.
